Message Ordered my ECU from them several months ago. Paid quite a bit extra to have it shipped UPS Red. They waited an extra day to send it... then, they didn't ship boost jets with it. While I was waiting for the jets, I did some reading up on the ECU. I was encouraged to open it to look at the ribbon cable. I did this... the cable was burnt and partly exposed. The ECU worked fine, but I kinda wanted one without a burnt cable. I called up Z1 to have them ship me another ECU. They were actually going to charge me shipping both ways on a new ECU.

I'll tell you, my family's business would NOT be thriving the way it is if we did business like Z1. They have good prices, and have done some good work, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
